Dear Brothers and Sisters, St Francis Xavier is a very generous community. All the events we have held demonstrate this. The dinner dance was a success because people gave time as committee members to plan and to work together and members of the parish came and donated gifts. Yes there were disagreements, yes things did not always work but the final result was a successful night. There were those who went from door to door soliciting items for the raffle and silent auction. In the bulletin during this month you will see the businesses who donated items. If you frequent these businesses tell them you saw their name in our bulletin. Thank them for their generosity. We are not there yet we will still need money for the rectory, but the generosity of all has made this parish a beacon for others. Thank you all and may the Lord who began the good work bring it to completion. The journey continues, Fr Karl
