It was good to be with family and friends but it is equally good to come back to family and friends. I was tired at all the Masses last weekend , but it was so nice to be welcomed back and to see familiar faces. The fact that it was hospitality Sunday made it all the more pleasant. It fit in with the challenge that Jesus puts before us to be a welcoming and caring community, in effect to be a family. Thank you for your care and welcome and as we enter into the season of Advent let us encourage one another to grow in faith and to better mirror that family we celebrate throughout the Christmas Season and the Son who comes that we may have life, life to the full.
