Dear Brothers and Sisters, This weekend we light the third candle of the advent wreath. It’s a pink candle, reminding us that the birth of the Savior is near. St Paul tells us to rejoice. As a Christian joy and rejoicing should be part of our everyday existence. We are called to live as people of the light. Advent gives us the opportunity to take a look at our lives and straighten out anything that needs to be corrected, but it also calls us to rejoice in the fact that Jesus came to save and redeem us. So as we light the pink candle we rejoice that God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son so that we might have life to the full. Come Lord Jesus come The Journey Continues, Fr Karl
