Dear Brothers and Sisters, Scripture reminds us that it is a Holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead. Every November we take that to heart when the church asks us to commemorate the souls of the faithful departed in a special way on November 2nd and throughout the month. We celebrate their lives and we remember what they are to us. We believe that they are with God and that as a merciful God he will give them a merciful judgement. We pray for them as we know that none of us are perfect and that we are all in need of forgiveness and prayer. “Eternal rest give unto them O Lord and Let perpetual Light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the Faithful departed, Rest in peace Amen, Fr Karl
