Volunteers are needed to pray at Abortion Clinics in the Diocese of Joliet. See: http://40daysforlife.com. LIFE CHAIN Sunday, October 2 Life Chain is a peaceful and prayerful public witness of pro -life individuals standing while praying for our nation and for an end to abortion. It is a visual statement of solidarity by the Christian community that abortion kills children and that the Church supports the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception until natural death. Do you want to March for Life in Washington, D.C.? Join the pilgrimage from January 25 to January 29, 2017. Each year hearts are opened and passionate witnesses return to share the Gospel of Life. Some highlights include: Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, a youth rally and Mass, a wreath laying at Arlington National Cemetery, visiting monuments and more.
