Communion for the Homebound
Sustained by the Holy Eucharist, we are called to care for each other, attending particularly to those who may be separated from us physically, ensuring that no one is separated from us spiritually.
If you or a loved one is in need of a visit by a homebound minister, please call the Parish Office or fill out the form below.

Additional Options
Our Weekend Masses offer the opportunity to participate in the Mass from your car.
Park in the designated area for Outdoor Mass.
- Participate in the Mass by either:
- tuning your car radio to FM 88.5
- tuning your car radio to FM 88.5
OR
- watch the livestream if you are attending the Saturday 4:30pm Mass.
- watch the livestream if you are attending the Saturday 4:30pm Mass.
- You can also follow along by using the Worship Aid.
- A Eucharistic Minister will bring communion to your car.
