Our speaker, Paula Kosin, facilitates the grief support groups at St. Thomas. She is a certified grief educator and author of the book Grieving: A Spiritual Process for Catholics. Paula will discuss the challenges the holidays can pose and share ideas on how to plan ahead, choose meaningful activities, and honor your loved one. Her book will be available for purchase.
